Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for the paid industrial training:
- Currently enrolled in a recognized academic institution, pursuing a full-time degree, diploma, or NVQ Level 4 or above in Automotive Engineering.
- Between 18 and 30 years old as of the start date of the in-plant training program.
- Proficient in communication with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated passion for automotive engineering, along with a strong desire for professional growth and development.
